I have a 16 ft tandem with 15 inch wheels. Hubs are 10 inch. The are self adjusting. Which need left and right set. Which ones do I need. Thanks

The best value in 10 x 2-1/4-inch self-adjusting electric drum brakes comes from the Axle Teknology parts # AKEBRK-35R-SA (right-hand) and # AKEBRK-35L-SA (left-hand). These are rated for use on 3500-lb axles and use the same 4-bolt mounting pattern shown in your photo.(Thank you for including it.) These will work with your 15-inch wheels.
