Troubleshooting Brake Controller that Wont Engage Trailer Brakes in 2012 Chevrolet 2500
Question:
Hi there Just purchased a tandem flat deck Trailor with electric over hydraulic brake system Not sure what is wrong but wont work on my truck 2012 chev 2500 duramax Had Trailor checked at shop, actuator works Had truck checked at gm , brake power works Every doesnt work when connected Any ideas?

My guess is you're using the factory installed electronic brake controller that came with your 2012 Chevy 2500. The factory installed controllers are designed to work with electric brakes and not electric-over-hydraulic. However, there is a solution.
If you're using the Titan BrakeRite # T4813102 then you will need the adapter # T4845900.
