Available Trailer Axles in 2200- and 3500-lb Ratings
Question:
Hello, I am looking for a trailer axle either 2200 or 3500#, 63inch Hub face measurement can be slightly Narrower if needed and 50inch spring perch mounted on top. I would also like this axle to have electronic brakes and 6x5inch lug pattern. Is that something you can accomodate? If so, can you please send a quote to the email provided? Thanks!

Our main page for all beam trailer axles is linked for you. None of these has spring centers spaced at 50-inches' our are 48- or 58-inches but you could have the spring seats moved, or add new ones, both done by a qualified welder. As for the bolt-pattern of the hubs, we have 6-on-5-1/2 hubs and 6-on-6 hubs, but none that are 6-on-5. The linked article will help you determine which bolt pattern you have. All hubs are also linked for you on a separate page.
We do offer complete axles with electric brakes with a 3500-lb rating, such as # 35545E-ST-89, but this has the popular 5-on-4-1/2 bolt pattern hubs along with its electric drum brakes. This axle is 89-inches from hub face to hub face and the spring centers are at 74-inches.
We also offer the Timbren axle-less trailer suspension systems that bolt (or weld) onto a trailer frame. These offer excellent ground clearance since they completely eliminate the need for an axle beam under the trailer. They are available with brakes. You can see these by clicking on the universal fit filter on the axle page.
If you do actually need a custom axle made you'll need to visit a local shop.
