Differences Between Curt and Draw Tite Hitch for 2011 Acura MDX

Essentially the two hitches you referenced are the same design hitch made by two different manufacturers. The Curt part # 13354 and the Draw Tite # 75614 are both confirmed fits for your 2011 Acura MDX and would work well. The advantage the Curt has is it's made in the USA and is priced better. It would be what I would recommend for you.
