Skid Wheels for 2013 Palazzo RV with Reese Trailer Hitch
Question:
Were do you mount the caster plate on my 2013 Diesel Thor Palazzo 36.1 ft. RV? I looked under and the frame was holding the Reese hitch. Would it work better to weld the plates to the cross piece conners of the Reese hitch? This unit is on a Freightliner chassis and I am unable to find the right location. All of your help is appreciated. Thank you

Is there room before or after the hitch installed on the frame? As long as the wheels will extend past the bottom of the hitch these would work fine as skid wheels.
From the mounting surface of the trailer the # UF48-979013 would attach to down to the bottom of the wheel measures 6.77 inches.
