For your 2015 Chevy Silverado 1500, I recommend using the Reese Quick-Install Custom Base Rails # RP50064-58. This will enable you to install your Reese 16,000 LB 5th wheel hitch in the back of your truck. The custom base rail kit is designed specifically for your Chevy so no drilling into your frame is required. One thing to keep in mind is that if you have a plastic lining inside your truck bed you will need to cut that out to properly install base rails. If you have a spray-in liner then no cutting is necessary.
Since your Chevy isn't already setup for towing I recommend using the Hopkins Endurance Wiring Harness # 41157 so that you can easily run the necessary wiring to your trailer.
I have attached some demonstration videos for you on the base rails and the bed liner.
