Yes, the Curt Class IV Trailer Hitch Receiver, item # 14301, will fit your 2010 Chevrolet Silverado Crew Cab, as long as the vehicle has the OEM bumper and OEM tailgate installed correctly. I have provided a link to instructions for you to review. We have a video of a very similar hitch installation on a 2010 Chevrolet Silverado for you to review. Installation of the Curt Hitch will be almost identical to the installation in the video.
You may want to consider using a Battery Post and Terminal Cleaner, item # DW00254, and some spray lubricant to clean the weld nuts in at the rear most mounting holes on the vehicle.
You will need to check the GCVWR (gross combined vehicle weight rating) of your truck to determine the towing capacity of your vehicle. This rating can be found in the owners manual and sometimes in the drivers door jamb. GCVWR is the maximum allowable weight for you vehicle the trailer and all of the contents in both. If you vehicle GCVWR is lower than the rating provided by the hitch, 10,000 pounds in this case, you will need to abide by the lowest recommended rating.
