The Dutton-Lainson Hand Winch with TUFFPLATE Finish, Single Speed - 400 lbs., # DL16003, is designed to fit 1/8 inch wire and can hold 87 feet, or a 2 inch strap with a 19 foot length. Using a 3/32 inch cable, you would get about 100 feet. Please note that this winch already includes a strap. I have attached a review video for you to see more.
