The best way to install a 6-way connector on the rear of your 2015 Dodge Grand Caravan is to use # ETBC6. This uses your existing 4-way and provides a 6-way and all the necessary wiring to power your trailer's brakes. The only thing it doesn't include is an electric brake controller.
If you need a brake controller as well I suggest the Tekonsha Prodigy P2 # 90885 because of its reliability and ease of use. It's one of our top selling brake controllers. I've attached a video of the P2 being installed into a 2014 Grand Caravan that may be helpful for you as well.
