Recommended Air Spring System With Compressor For 2012 Ford F-250 With Gooseneck Hitch Installed
Question:
I have BWGNRK1111 installed on my 2012 F250, long bed, super duty. I am looking to install an airbag system but it looks like the Firestone Airbag system utilizes some of the same frame bolts as the gooseneck rail mounts. What needs to be done to be able to install this system? Do you offer a complete system with on-board compressor?

For your 2012 Ford F-250, I recommend the Firestone Ride-Rite Red Label Extreme Duty Air Helper Springs - Rear Axle # F2703. These springs will fit vehicles with a gooseneck hitch or 5th wheel hitch installed, so it is compatible with your # BWGNRK1111-5W. I've attached an installation video as well as the installation details to show you how to install this system an some recommendations on where to run your air lines. I recommend using the tubing cutter # AL10530 to ensure you have clean straight cuts to minimize the possibility to leaks.
To add an onboard compressor, I recommend the Firestone Air Command I - Analog Gauge w/ Standard-Duty Compressor - Single Function # F2097. This system will level 1 pair of air springs equally. It has an electric, single-gauge control panel with white face that mounts under your dashboard. The pressure control kit allows you to control the air pressure levels from inside your truck. It operates with a single switch pushing up to inflate and down to deflate air springs. The compressor will use 20 Amps.
