Can a 195 Series Tire be Used on One Side of Tow Dolly and a 205 on the Other Side

can I use a 205 on one side of my tow dolly and a 195 on the other side

You have to run the same size tire on both sides of your tow dolly. Also there isn't a 195 series trailer tire so that would be an issue as well. Passenger or P tires are not rated for use on trailers or dollies.
Best option is a 205 series tire like the part # AM10235 for if you have a 14 inch wheel or the part # TR20515D for if you have a 15 inch wheel.
