Where to Access Port for Brake Controller Install on a 2015 Ford F-350 Cab and Chassis
Question:
if the connector is located as you say above the radio behind the dash, then what is the best way to access it pull the radio?

To reach the connector, first locate the notch in the access panel in the center of the dash, near the passenger side. Using a trim panel puller, carefully pry the panel out and undo the locking tabs to remove the panel. You will find the mating connector behind this portion of your dashboard.
See picture for more info. For a trim panel tool we have the part # ALL648544. A small slot screwdriver will work too.
