Tonneau Cover Recommendation for 2002 Ford F-250 for Keeping Truck Bed of 2002 Ford F-250 Dry

Question:

I have a 2002 f350 long bed. I currently use a Bakflip folding cover that leaks constantly and my tools get wet. Im thinking of switching to a retractable cover but not sure what the difference is between the 2 manufacturers you offer other than price. Do you have a recommendation for my application? Thank you,

The RetraxPRO MX Hard Tonneau Cover # RT80323 is designed to direct all water and rain through it's drain system so that the truck bed is kept as dry as possible and is a fit for your 2002 Ford F-250 long bed. Would it keep the truck bed totally dry if left out in a very hard rain though? Realistically not. If the rain is light the truck bed contents will remain dry but if the rain is hard there will be some moisture let in.

A lot of the reviews online for this cover state that they would call it "almost waterproof" which is really good for a tonneau as most of them let in a decent amount of water.

The RollBAK G2 Hard Tonneau Cover # BAK26304 has rubber seals and a drainage system to help keep water out of your truck bed. It's going to be about as waterproof as the Retrax.
