Looking for a Reducer or Extender to Help Install Bike Rack on Vehicle

Question:

I am looking at this part, Brophy Hitch Reducer and extender 2-1/2 to 2 inch part # HR26. I need it for a bike rack and the front hole has to be within 2 1/2 inches of the front. I cant tell how far from the front that this hole is? Can you tell me?

The Brophy Hitch Reducer and Extender, # HR26, front hole measures 2-1/2 inches to the front edge of the adapter.

I also recommend a pin lock for both the reducer and bike rack that you want to use. The Trailer Hitch receiver Lock, # e98881, will fit both 2-1/2 and 2 inch receiver openings and will provide extra security to your hitch accessory.
