Brake Control Wiring Adapter for 2010 Dodge Dakota

What is the correct Tekonsha Brake Control Adapter for my 2010 Dodge Dakota ? Is it the new #3021P ? Thanks

If your Dakota was equipped with the towing package that includes the 7-way connector on the rear bumper, part # 3020P is the correct Brake Controller Wiring Adapter. Part # 3021P is for the full-sized Dodge Ram.

If your Dakota was not equipped with the OEM tow package, you will need to hardwire your controller using our Brake Controller Installation Kit, part # ETBC6 if a 6-way connector is needed, or ETBC7 for a 7-way.

I will provide a link that will explain in detail how the Brake Controller Install Kit is used.
