Availability of a Receiver Hitch for a 1964 Dodge D-100 Pick-Up

Question:

I have a 1964 Dodge D-100 pick-up. I am looking for a receiver hitch that will fit my truck, bolt in, miss the bumper etc. Do you have anything like this? Thank you.

I checked with all three of the hitch manufacturers that we do business with and they do not produce a custom fit hitch for the 1964 D-100 Dodge pick-up.

Your best option would be to measure down from the frame and determine how low the hitch needs to sit to clear the bumper and then use a weld on hitch with the proper size brackets. We have the Class IV Weld-On Ultra Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver, item # 41990, that can be used with either the 7 inch Weld-on Bracket Kit for Class IV Ultra Frame Trailer Hitch, item # 4907, or the 16 inch Weld-on Bracket Kit for Class IV Ultra Frame Trailer Hitch, item # 4916.
