What is the temperature range for a 2011 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 6 speed transmission when pulling a RV?

If you can keep your transmission fluid below 195 degrees you will have optimum mileage. If kept at 175 you basically are putting little to no wear on it.
At 220 degrees varnish forms and mileage drops down to 50k, 240 degrees seals harden and you'll only get 20k miles, at 260 plates will start to slip and you may get 10k miles, at 295 degrees seals and clutches burn out and fluid forms carbon. Maybe 5k miles. Finally at 315 the transmission maybe will go 900 miles.
