The Flash E Series Adjustable 2-Ball Mount, part # FA42-00-2800 will work just fine with a 2x2 inch Class III receiver on your Hummer H2.
The Ball Mount has a 8000 lb capacity when used with the 2 inch ball, or 10,000 lbs when used with the 2-5/16 ball, although your maximum capacity will be limited by the manufacturers stated towing capacity.
