Recommended Fifth Wheel Installation Kit For 2015 Ford F-150 With 6-1/2 Ft Truck Bed
Question:
I am buying a New Forest River 5th wheel with the reese revolution hitch. I dont think I need a slider hitch but want to be sure. Would the f150 install kit that you use for slider hitch be the same and mount in same place where it bolts to frame using existing holes in frame? Im concerned about getting hitch in right position in bed front to back. Looking at video with 2016 f150 it looks like it can only mount in one place where pre-existing holes are in frame. Thx

With the Revolution already installed on your fifth wheel trailer, a sliding hitch cannot be used.
The fifth wheel hitch installation kit I recommend for your truck is part # RP56034-53. This is the Quick-Install Custom Base Rails And Outboard kit. This kit uses the pre-drilled holes in the frame of your truck for installation.
This installation kit will work well with the # RP30047 fifth wheel hitch you came from,
