Adding a 4-Way Flat and/or 7-Way Trailer Connector to a 2010 Ford Van without Tow Package
Question:
can i use the 118344 on 2010 e-350 super duty....does not have tow package....also later on i may need a trailer brake... this van has backup senors ...could use 118260...would have to unplug senors ...and plug in 118260 for trailer lights thanks

Tekonsha does not list wiring harness # 118344 as a fit for the 2010 Ford Vans but there is a similar harness that you can use. For your van you can use # C56020. I have included a link to a video showing an example installation for you.
If you want to add a brake controller and 7-Way in the future then you will also need # ETBC7 and a brake controller. I recommend the P2 # 90885 because it is easy to set up and use and it is reliable. I have included some links that show and explain the ETBC7 installation for you.
