i have a vent fan over the shower in my fifth wheel there is power for the fan and the lid my question is what fan to replace mine

For a replacement 5th wheel trailer vent that measures 14 x 14-inches you can refer to the linked page that displays all such products that include a 12V powered fan motor.

For a variable speed 12V fan assembly with a powered lift feature and remote control you can use # FV807350 from Fan-Tastic Vent, the item you referenced, or part # FV803350. Other options from Ventline include # V2119-601-00 with a white dome and # V2119-603-00 with a smoke dome.

Vent installation requires an installation kit for the type of roof material you have on your trailer. For use with a metal or coated metal roof and wood ceiling use kit # 344270KITW, or for a rubber-coated roof use # CAM25003.

The correct replacement motor you would need for your V2094 Vent is the part #BVD0218-00. It sounds like you have the older version of this vent so you would also need to upgrade the fan blade as well with part #BVD0215-00.

In order to determine the torque rating for the lug nuts on your trailer you will need to know check out the chart I attached that shows all of the torque specs for all the trailer lugs available based on stud size, wheel material and wheel size.
