Please send me a step by step instruction on how to install your custom hitch for the above car. I want to know if I can handle it. Thank you.

If you will use the provided link, you will be redirected to the installation instructions for the Draw-Tite Class III receiver hitch for your 2004 Mercedes ML350.
We also offer a Curt Class III Hitch, part # 13018. It has a lower tow rating at 3500 lbs versus the 5000 lb for the Draw-Tite model, but the installation is much simpler. I will also provide a link to the install instructions to this hitch, as well.
