Parts Needed to Tow a Trailer with a 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee

Question:

I need to Tow a uhaul with my 2011 jeep grand cherrokee. I dont have trailer lights on the Jeep. I know i need T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector. Do i need anything else?

If your 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee is in need of a trailer hitch you would need the Draw Tite hitch part # 75699 which is a Class III 2 inch hitch confirmed as a fit.

For trailer wiring you would want the # 118425 which is a confirmed fit as well. I attached install videos for both products as well.

Since you wanted to do some towing you might be interested in etrailer ball mount kit # 989900. It comes with 2 ball mounts; one with a 3/4 inch rise or 2 inch drop and one with a 2-3/4 inch rise or 4 inch drop. It also includes a 1-7/8 inch ball, 2 inch ball, hitch pin with clip, and a storage bag.
