Most trailer tires are rated for 65 miles per hour. If there isn't a speed rating indicated on the tire, either an actual number or a letter code, then assume that it is rated for 65 miles per hour.

Tire manufacturers test and rate the tires. I think Bridgestone says it best "To receive any kind of rating, a tire must demonstrate that it’s capable of sustaining a particular speed. Industry standards govern the process of reaching and maintaining a given speed during a test."

We do have some trailer tires rated for 81 miles per hour maximum which is an M speed rating. If you can tell me the size tire you need I can recommend some rated for 81 miles per hour if available in that size.
