We do not have any confirmed hitch fits for your 2008 Volvo C70 coupe. I confirmed this directly with Draw-Tite and Curt. Curt hitch # C11065 is a fit only for the T5 convertible model for years 2011 through 2013. I cannot recommend installing this on a car for which it was not intended. Since there are no hitch fits there are also no custom-fit plug-in wiring harness products for the car so trailer towing is not an option.
Also, there are no aftermarket roof racks available for it. This means you cannot install a roof-rack-mount bike carrier on the car, but you CAN install a foam block kayak carrier like those shown on the linked page. These are designed for use on cars that have a bare roof with no rack at all and they are very lightweight and cost-effective.
Kayak carriers like # MPG152 from Malone have foam cradles that rest on your roof to support the kayak, and they include tie-down straps for securing the kayak at the bow, center and stern. It is a good idea to check your Volvo manual for the car's roof weight capacity before loading any cargo on it.
For your bikes we do offer 2- and 3-bike trunk-mount racks for your C70 that are shown on the other linked page. Saris' Bones carriers are confirmed fits for your car, and you have a number of color choices. You can add a simple cable lock # e98891 to secure the bikes to the Saris.
