For a roof rack for your 2012 Ram 3500 the Rhino Rack part numbers # RRVA150B-2, # RRRLKVA, and # DK043 is a confirmed fit. It has a 165 lb weight capacity but you would need to also check owners manual of the truck to determine it's roof capacity and be sure to go with lower rating.

Since cargo space is limited you would then want to go with a roof bike rack that allows the front wheel to remain installed on the bike like the Thule Criterium part # TH599000.

For a front hitch the part # 65063 is a confirmed fit and would work well for a bike rack.

I attached a review video for this product also. This will allow the bikes to be carried more level and will provide more ground clearance.
