What Hub/Drums Are Recommended for Timbren 3,500 lb Axle Less System

Question:

I notice that you have separate Timbren Axles for Off-Road and Regular Tires. What is the difference in the axles? I'm assuming the spindles may be longer for Off-Road tires? If so what are the dimensions of the different axles for the two tire types? Thank you,

The Timbren 3.5k Axle Less System part # ASR35HDS02 that you referenced does require higher capacity hubs than what you currently have.

For a hub/drum that is the same as your current hubs you would want the part # 8-201-9UC3-EZ. This hub comes with the correct fitting bearings for the Timbren axle spindle.

For brake assemblies you would then want the part # 23-465 for the right hand side and part # 23-464 for the left hand side.

The difference will be that the off road versions will have the hub 2 additional inches further away from the trailer frame than the non-off road versions. I attached two pictures, in the first you can see the green dimension is 2 inches longer than what's in the second picture.
