The Replacement Head for Equal-i-zer Weight Distribution Systems, part # EQ90-02-1000 comes assembled just like it is when you purchase an entire WD system like part # EQ37100ET.
I am attaching the installation instructions for the # EQ37100ET system and you can see how the head is attached and what hardware is used.
