What is the best way to route the red wire from trunk to battery + through the 2015 civic

The rear seats in your 2015 Honda Civic likely fold down so I would route the wiring harness power wire up behind the left rear seat then tuck it beneath any paneling/trim, under the threshold plate at the floor of the doorway, behind the trim of the B-pillar between the front and rear seats, under the front door threshold, behind the driver's side kick panel, and through the firewall into the engine compartment.

To keep the wire hidden it will likely have to take a lot of twists and turns so you may need extra wire such as # 12-1-1 sold by the foot.
