Question:
When part # 90195 brake controller is installed it is said to leave the unit plugged in and it will go into sleep mode. Does this mean it will or it wont drain the battery? Please advise....

When the P3 brake controller # 90195 goes into the power saving sleep mode it only draws a few milliamps of power. At that much power it would take months of the truck just sitting for it to drain the battery. So the chances that the controller will drain the battery are basically zero provided that the controller is properly installed allowing it to go into sleep mode.
