The choice of a power steering cooler for your 1985 Ford F250 will be primarily dependent on how much room you have near the power steering pump and how much airflow you can get to that area to help the cooler lower the temperatures of the power steering fluid. Typically coolers are mounted in front of the radiator, so I would recommend you measure how much room you have in front of the radiator and pick a cooler that will fit those dimensions.
Most likely you will need to cut and flare your coolant lines and mount the cooler in front of your radiator and condenser. You will need to mount this cooler inline with the return line of your power steering fluid line.
I would either recommend the Derale Tube-Fin Power Steering Cooler with AN Inlets - 5 inch Tall, part # D13309, or a Derale 4-Pass Tube-Fin Power Steering Cooler - 8-1/8 inch Wide, part # D13212.
The reason i recommended these two coolers is because they are both 4 pass coolers, meaning they make four separate passes through the cooling fins, ensuring that the fluid is properly cooled. This will extend the life of your power steering pump and seal.
