Recommended Truck Bed Bike Rack That Clamps To Frame
Question:
My concern is the fact that the system grabs a fork. I am considering a bike with carbon front forks and I will not attach anything to them. I suggest a future modification that will use a pivot at mount to allow an arm to reach top tube as a front end attachment point. This was so close to being my answer. My search continues.

We do have a bike rack that may work great for you.
I recommend the Topline 2 Bike Carrier Truck Bed Mounted Expandable Bike Rack, part # UG2500. This clamps to the truck bed rail and has an arm that attaches to bike frames up to 1-1/2 inch diameter, or to the seat post. This also comes with a security cable to lock the bikes.
To add additional bikes you can use part # AB2600.
