We do offer a wiring adapter that converts a vehicle's 4-pole flat type connector to a 7-way round RV style. You can use part # 37185 from Hopkins or any of the other similar adapters shown on the linked page. I recommend the Hopkins because we sell a lot of this part and it is reliable, and it costs less than many of the other options. Also, it retains a 4-pole connector too so you will have both types on the Savana.

Do note that when you use this adapter for your 7-way-equipped trailer you will only have the original 4-pole lighting functions active (stop/turn/taillights) UNLESS you make the additional connections for the other circuits on the pigtail leads provided. Those additional circuit on a 7-way include 12V power for the trailer, power for trailer brakes and reverse lights. If you need those other functions for the trailer please let me know.

Please refer to the linked photo that shows how 37185 will connect to provide the additional functions. You may care to refer to the linked article on trailer wiring for more information about connectors and their functions.
