Trailer Wiring Harness for 2016 Honda Pilot
Question:
Good morning, I have a 2016 Honda Pilot model LX that did not come with the towing package or wiring. It does have the white modular connector behind the small access panel on the drivers side rear. The connector has 9 wires in it. Do you have a harness with module kit that will work with this setup? I have a photo of the connector I can email to you.

It sounds like you're off to a great start. Your 2016 Honda Pilot does have the majority of the wiring even though it does not have the tow package. You will need a wiring harness, part # 118760, to connect to your vehicle's wiring in that compartment you're referring to. The installation video I've included for you should help you with the rest of the process.
If you're going to be towing a trailer with electric brakes you will need a brake controller, such as the Tekonsha Prodigy P3 # 90195. The P3 is extremely easy to install and use. You will also need the 7-Way wiring harness # 118286 and the wiring adapter # 3070-P.
If you need a hitch as well I recommend the etrailer Class III # e98840 for your Pilot.
