Reese Strait Line System Recommendation for Replacement of Over Capacity Fastway System
Question:
I have a 36ft travel trailer that I am towing with a 2016 ford f120 ecoboost with max tow package. The trailer dry tongue weight is 790 with trailer dry weight 7690. My guess with propane tanks battery and stuff in bed of truck the tongue is propbly closer to 1000lbs. I currently have a fastway e2 round bar 1000/10,000 WD, while the truck pulls fine on roads is sways like crazy on highway. Would you recommend the reese straight line dual cam or something else for this setup.

I would recommend the Reese Strait Line system part # RP66084 for you for two reasons. One being that it sounds like you have your current system maxed out and that is why it's swaying and secondly because the sway control on the Straitline is the nicest on the market and works to prevent sway before it starts.
If you are over the tongue weight capacity of a weight distribution system it essentially becomes ineffective.
For a 2 inch ball you would want part # A-90 and for a 2-5/16 inch ball # 19286.
