Recommended Trailer Hitch for 2015 Honda Civic for Bike Rack

I have a 2015 Honda Civic. Would like to add a bike rack to. So I need a hitch installed do not need the electric connections. I have a bike rack that I would like to use, believe it is 1inch receiver. The bike rack has room for 4 bikes.

I have some good news for you, we offer the Curt # C11391, which is a Class I 1-1/4 inch trailer hitch for your 2015 Honda Civic, the Curt # C11391.

It sounds like your bike rack has an 1-1/4 inch shank, see attached Help Article on shank size and Class compatibility, which will mount into the 1-1/4 hitch receiver just great as long as it's Class I compatible like # TH934XTR. The only downside is that since the hitch is a Class I, you will only be able to carry 2 bikes on your 4 bike rack. This is because the hitch cannot handle the extra leverage more bikes would put on the hitch and vehicle frame for that matter. You will need the stabilization strap # 18050 when using the Curt hitch with a bike rack or cargo carrier.
