For your 2004 Ford F-350 with a 6-1/2 foot bed the fifth wheel rail kit part # RP50082-58 is a confirmed fit and would be a great choice for a rail kit for your truck as it is a custom fit kit that allows for a faster install time with minimal drilling. I attached an install video for you to check out for this kit for you to check out as well.
