Don't worry, I can help. From my research on your 2016 Keystone Passport 2810BH, appears to have been built on an I-beam frame.

The Curt # C13701 is a versatile hitch that it fits I-beam, C-channel, or Box frame trailers. What you will want to do is to measure to be sure this will fit the frames span of 18-51 inches for a proper fit. This hitch has a 2-inch receiver opening and is rated for 500lbs tongue weight or 5000lbs gross trailer weight. The 2 inch hitch receiver will work well to carry RV approved bike racks and accessories. This hitch can also be bolted or welded onto the frame of your RV.

If you find that you need more spread between the frame, we offer the Curt # 13703 which has a 350lbs tongue weight and 3,500lbs trailer weight with a spread from 22-72 inches. This hitch lets you position tube mounts toward the front or rear, putting the hitch body in the best location for clearance. This hitch can also be welded or bolted on to the frame of your RV. Per Curt's warranty, you will need a stabilization strap # 18050 with any non-trailer load, like a bike rack.

A great bike rack that is approved for use at the rear of a trailer is the Swagman Trailhead 4-Bike Rack # S63381. The dual arms with anti-sway cradles help provide a stabile, secure ride for your bikes and help prevent bike-to-bike contact. I have attached a review video of this bike rack for you. If you plan on transporting any alternative framed bikes, like most women's bikes are, you will need to use an adapter bar like # UB01 to mount them properly to the bike rack.
