Can Fulton Trailer Fenders Be Used on a Shorelandr Trailer Where Holes Don't Perfectly Match Up

mounting bolt holes dont match the shorlander bolt holes, Fulton is 3 3/4inch and the shorlander is 4.5inch can all other measurements line up. Can the Fulton still be used?

When installing new trailer fenders you don't have to match up the mounting holes perfectly. Typically there is a bit of fabrication needed to install new fenders. What most people do is drill new holes in the fender or some move the brackets on the trailer.
