The best way to carry 4-bikes on your 2015 Odyssey is with a trailer hitch and a hitch-mounted rack.
The trailer hitch I recommend is the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch, part # 75270. This is a Class lll hitch and it has a 2-inch receiver opening.
Installation of this hitch is fairly simple since you use existing weld nuts located on the Odyssey frame. Any local garage should be able to do this installation with no problem at all.
One of the nicer bike carriers I recommend is the Thule Apex Swing, part # TH9027XT. This bike carrier can hold 4 bikes with a weight capacity of 37.5-lbs per bike. This bike rack swings to the side of the vehicle giving you access to the rear cargo area of your Odyssey, even when the rack is loaded with bikes. The bike rack has an integrated cable lock to secure the bikes to the rack.
If you are planning on carrying bikes with alternative frames like kids bikes or women's bikes I recommend using an adapter bar like part # 64005. This attaches between the seat post and the handlebar stem and allows the bike to be carried more level in the carrier while providing additional ground clearance. I have attached a product review video for this adapter bar.
