Solution for Getting Trailer to Drop 2 inches to Fit Through Barn Garage Door

Question:

I have a travel trailer that is 2inch too high to fit in my barn for winter storage, and was looking to see if a 12inch wheel will fit over the 10inch drums. Since they will never see the road, and just for moving the trailer in and out of the barn, not concerned about the weight rating. If I read the tire size diameter correctly, that will give me a 3inch , which is what I need to get it in the barn.

The smallest wheels we offer that will fit over a 10 inch drum are 13 inches. I wish we had a smaller wheel that would fit. If it's just a garage door that you are trying to get past you could deflate the tires to the point where the trailer loses 2 inches in height, move the trailer past the door, and then reinflate the tires.

Be sure to remember to do the same thing to get the trailer out!
