Our tire and wheel combinations like the # TA43RR from Taskmaster that you looked at are mounted at the factory so that the high heavy spot on the tire is aligned with the low light spot on the wheel. This will typically provide adequate balance for trailer tires, since trailers don't have a steering axle. If you wish to take them to your local tire shop for balancing, you certainly may do so.
