You can make sure new trailer wheels will fit on your trailer's hubs by matching up their dimensions and bolt pattern. The part # AM22318HWT that you referenced is a 12 x 4-inch wheel that has a 4-on-4-inch bolt pattern. These wheels fit on 1/2-inch diameter wheel studs like those on idler hub # AKIHUB-440-2-G-1K.

The tire sizes that can fit on a 12 x 4 wheel like these include 4.80-12, 5.30-12 and 145/80-12. These tires will have a slightly different overall diameter when mounted on either of these wheels.
A 4.80-12 will have an overall diameter of 20.5-inches; a 5.30-12 will be 21.9-inches and a 145/80-12 will be about 21.3-inches in overall diameter.

When you select tires you'll want to ensure that they are rated correctly for the weight load the trailer will be carrying. In the three tire sizes noted above we offer several Load Range (LR) options. For example, in the 5.30-12 size we have LRB tires rated for 840-lbs at 55-psi pressure, LRC rated for 1045-lbs at 80-psi and LRD tires rated for 1250-lbs each at 105-psi. Make sure that you use a valve stem rated for the pressure required by your chosen tires.
