Trailer Hitch and 10 inch Rise Ball Mount Recommendation for a 2008 Chevy Equinox
Question:
I am considering installing hitch no# 13591 on a 2008 Chevy equinox. The installation video indicates that it will be about 11 inches from the ground to the top of the receiver hitch tube. However the top of the ball which is 2 5/16 on the mount needs to be 21 inches high from the ground to the top of the ball to accommodate the trailer I want to haul. Is there any way to bring the ball mount up to meet the trailer coupling?
