Replacement Brake Controller Install Bracket and Harness for Prodigy P2 in 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee
Question:
I have a Prodigy P2 brake controller that Im moving from my old car to a 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee. This Jeep has a knee bolster airbag under the steering column so I can mount it there. Ive seen your video on a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee mounting procedure but it shows you using the metal mounting bracket. I purchased this from you about 3 years ago and was able to use the plastic mount and probably threw out the metal one. How can I get a metal bracket or, can I still use the plastic one to mount in my Jeep?

The replacement metal mounting bracket for the P2 part # 90885 is the part # P7685. For a permanent installation I would recommend you use the metal bracket like what you see in the video that you mentioned which I have attached. Especially since the area that is used in the video is thinner like what would work best with the metal bracket.
The correct install harness for this controller in your 2016 Grand Cherokee is the part # TK93VR also.
