Yes, the B&W Class V Trailer Hitch, # BWHDRH25198, will install on a 1977 Ford F-350, but it was designed for models with a 10 inch deep drop step bumper. The receiver sits lower to allow room for the deep drop bumper.
If you have the factory bumper, then you will want part # BWHDRH25122. You will also want to note that the spare tire will have to be lowered to complete the installation. It can be reinstalled, but it will likely have to be re-positioned slightly forward of the hitch. Most people find it easier to raise the rear half of the spare tire over the hitch tube and then finish raising the spare into position.
Both trailer hitches will come with a set of installation instructions. If you also need a ball mount, I have attached a link to our ball mount selection as well as a link to our ball mount shoppers guide that will help you select the correct ball mount for your towing setup.
If you need trailer wiring, you can use part # C55301 for a 4-way flat connector and you can simply add our Universal 4-Way to 7-Way Installation Kit, # ETBC7, if you want a 7-way trailer connector. With a Class V hitch, I assume you might be towing something with brakes. If you also need a brake controller, I highly recommend the Tekonsha Voyager, # 39510. We have used one of these for years, so I can vouch for their reliability.
I have also attached an installation video on a Ford truck for the universal wiring kit and a brake controller for you to check out. The truck is not exactly the same as yours, but the installation process will be the same.
