Choosing Proper Ball Mount for 2016 Honda Pilot
Question:
What hitch would you recommend for this for a larger rise 4 on 2016 Pilot? Would C45070 work?

If you've determined that you needed a ball mount with a 4 inch rise, you can't go wrong with the Curt # C45070. The ball mount has a 7500 lb capacity, which will be more than enough for your Pilot. To confirm that a 4 inch rise is correct for your needs, look at the FAQ article I've linked for you. The article shows how to measure in order to determine the rise/drop ball mount you'll need. You might not find a ball mount with the EXACT rise or drop needed, but as long is you're within an inch or so of level, you'll be fine. It's preferable to have the coupler slightly above than below level.
You'll also need to choose a trailer ball. The # C45070 has a trailer ball hole that's 1 inch in diameter, so you'll want to choose a ball that has a shank diameter that matches. If you find that the C45070 has the correct rise, for a 1-7/8 inch ball, use part # 19260 or # 63845 for a 2 inch ball.
If your Pilot doesn't have a trailer connector, you can install a 4 pole using part # 118760 or a 7-way using part # 118286.
