Bike Rack Recommendation Similar To Thule Camber that is RV and Trailer Approved
Question:
I own a fifth wheel trailer with a class 3 hitch. Is this rack rated for trailers as well as my food truck?

We have a similar bike rack to the Thule Camber 2 part # TH9058 that is rated for use behind trailers and a longer vehicle like your food truck. But this one is not rated for it.
The Thule Range 2 part # TH9057 or the Swagman Trailhead # S63381 are very similar and are approved for your applications so I could recommend either of these racks for you as long as you have a 2" hitch which your class III hitch would definitely have. These are 4 bike racks, but would still work great for carrying only 2 bikes. I attached review videos of these racks for you to check out as well.
If you plan on carrying any women's or alternative framed bikes without horizontal top tubes you may also be interested in purchasing a Kuat Bike Frame Adapter Bar # UB01 to provide a horizontal top tube on your bikes to provide an attachment point. I attached a review video for this product also. This will allow the bikes to be carried more level and will provide more ground clearance.
