is there any design that will prevent a tralier from rolling back. i have an incline.

Wheel chocks like the part # 337WC1467A that you referenced are designed to do exactly what you mentioned. They will prevent a trailer from rolling back on an incline. They wedge behind the wheel and create basically an incline in the opposite direction which prevents the trailer from moving.
