Hitch Cargo Carrier Recommendation for a 2014 Jeep Wrangler with Wide Spare
Question:
E Trailer, This is the distance from center of hitch pin hole to the outside of the spare tire: 14. What will work for a Cargo Carrier? Also need a upward rise for ground clearance. Vehicle: 2014 Jeep Wrangler 4 door Rubicon with a 3.5inch lift and 35 x 12.50 x 17 tires. Thank You.

The best solution for a cargo carrier for you is going to be the part # C18151. This cargo carrier has 19 inches from the pin hole to the nearest carrier railing so it would clear your rear spare and has a 2 inch rise built into the shank for additional ground clearance.
I attached an install video that shows this carrier being installed on a similar Wrangler as yours as well.
